Download the app "My Nas" from Google Play Store / App Store
2. Once downloaded, open the app and click on "Sign up"
3. Add your details (You will need to add your Emirates ID No., Email and phone number) and set a password.
4. Click on Sign Up and Sign in using your email and the password your set.
On the Home Page you will find the below:

Network List (Hospitals, Clinics, Pharmacies, etc.)

Offers
When you click on "Networks" you will see a menu like this one, and you can see different options:
Download Network List
Search for specific Doctors, Hospital, Clinics and verify if they are covered on your insurance.
Before visiting a clinic, hospital, or doctor, always check the Network List for coverage. If you go to a medical facility that is not on the list, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of the visit, and reimbursement will not be available.

Details on your insurance and your profile.
Change Password
Change Email
Change Mobile Number
Review you Authorizations and ePrescriptions
On the Authorization page, you can view the status of your approval and read any comments from the insurance provider.
On the ePrescription page, you can access detailed information about your doctor's prescription.
Offers Page:
You will be able to check the latest offers in different clinics, hospitals and pharmacies.
To avail any offer you will need to contact the medical location and show you eCard.
Help on Real Time:
If you experience any issues with the app or your insurance, click the Dialogue Icon to start a live chat with an AI assistant to address your questions.
If the AI cannot provide all the information you need, you can choose to chat with a live agent.
