1. Identify and analyse the main idea and supporting details in a text.

2. Independently investigate a subject to understand more about it.

Success Criteria:

• I can find the main idea of the text.

• I can find three key details that support the main idea

• I can explain how each key detail supports the main idea

• I have 3 questions I want to answer

• I can explain what I learned about the subject in my own words.

• I have used at least two different sources to find information (e.g., books, internet, videos).
