Let's Learn About The Sun
This week we put our seeds into plastic bags with a wet tissue. We put our seeds in the window so that they would get plenty of light. We are hoping to see the seeds germinate. First we will see the seeds swell and eventually we should see some shoots and roots coming from the seeds.
Watch this video to find out why plants need sunlight to grow. Listen out for a new word: photosynthesis. It is what we call the process of plants making their own food to grow.

Week 4
A clean environment is part of keeping ourselves healthy. Have a look at this video that shows how to make a box sweeper. Perhaps we can make something similar for our STEAM expo in week 5. Is there any way we can make it even better?
Week 3
Getting a good night's sleep is important for our health. Here's a video to help us relax before we go to bed.
