Term 3 

Kia ora whānau,

Welcome to Term 3! 

This term our learning will be guided by the big idea: How can our digital choices uplift our mana and wellbeing? What does it mean to be a responsible digital citizen in a connected world?

Throughout the term, we will explore how we can use technology in positive, safe, and thoughtful ways. Students will be learning about making respectful choices online, protecting their own and others’ wellbeing, and understanding how our actions in digital spaces can affect people in real life. We will also look at what it means to be a responsible digital citizen and how we can use our voices and devices to contribute positively to our connected world.

Alongside this, we will continue to build our skills in reading, writing, maths, and inquiry, while strengthening our confidence, collaboration, and resilience as learners.
