I Have been teaching Physical Education at Holy Trinity School since January 2019. I am now in my 6th year of teaching full time and in my 15th year of teaching overall. For my undergraduate, I graduated from Keystone College with a degree of Bachelor of Science where I studied Sport and Recreation Management and I also graduated from Cabrini University with Master's of Education. During the school year besides teaching, I am also involved in different events and activities. The one big event I look forward to every year is FUN DAY where all the classes get to move around and do different activities and games throughout the school. I also help out with the Race for Education.
In my time away from school, I love attending sporting events including going to as many Phillies games as I can as well as seeing the Eagles, Sixers and Flyers play. I also love to stay active by going to the gym, playing recreational sports such as slowpitch softball, golf (my favorite) and hanging out with friends and family.
My teaching philosophy is that I want all of my students to have fun while learning new activites. To me, it doesn't matter if you are a great athlete or someone just getting started, as long as you are trying and enjoying yourself. I will never tell a student that they can't do something. I always encourage my students to do their best and even if there is an activity that they don't like, I ask them to try!
