Hi, my name is Angelina Gallagher and this is my second year of teaching kindergarten at HTS! I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rider University in May of 2024 with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Special Education and loved being a captain on the cheerleading team!
In the summer I am an Assistant Camp Coordinator and the Camp Show Coordinator at a summer camp, where I have been working for the past seven years. I get to choreograph dances throughout the summer, run the end of the summer camp show, overlook all age groups and counselors, and of course make sure the camp runs smoothly all summer!
In my free time, I like going to the gym and spending time with my friends and family. I also love painting, going out to eat, beach vacations, and the color pink!

For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to be an educator. I always felt like I was meant to be a leader in some way, and by becoming an elementary teacher, I am now able to lead and inspire children to reach their goals. I want my students to feel confident enough to become whoever and whatever they dream of.
When I think back on my years in elementary school specifically, I remember all of my wonderful teachers who inspired me to become a teacher without them even knowing. I remember their helpfulness, kindness, and passion for what they did, and I hope that my students feel the same about me when they reflect on their elementary years in the future.
My goal as an educator is to inspire students, make them feel seen and heard, and help them become successful individuals in any way I can. I hope to make school exciting for my students and make them love learning just as much as I do.
