Our Fine Arts Program includes all of our grade levels from kindergarten to 8th grade. Exploring all of the elements of art. Art history, drawing, painting, weaving, clay, wire art along with a wide range of styles. Presentation of art works, learning how to critique works of art from famous artists to our own work. In the clips above our children are at the Barnes Foundation engaging in a workshop to see how math and STEAM are incorporated into various styles of art.
Technology is also included in our program. Our Middle school unit, using pro-create on our iPads in several of their art projects, then finalizing their project printing in our tech. lab. Elementary unit will learn many hands-on projects with artists and their style. Our Primary unit will experience color theory and stories of several artists and different styles of art, by doing hands on work and stories.
Our After-school program for grades 6-7 and 8th offers Pottery Club, Acrylic Painting Club, Sculpty Clay Club. Grades K- through 5th each have a holiday craft.
All children can create we offer many different experiences in our program, perhaps a blooming Da Vinci, Picasso, Van Gogh are in our mist.
All of our grade levels will need a smock or any old shirt to protect their uniforms.
