Prior To Your Child's Start Date.....
Your child MUST have all paperwork completed before the first day of preschool. That includes: registration forms, physical forms, birth certificate, emergency contact form, and any other important documents needed by the school. If you do not have all completed forms by the start date, your child cannot start preschool until they are completed and turned into the Holy Name Elementary School Office.
