Supply List

Below you will find a list of materials needed for 4th grade. Please send in the materials the first day of school. A bill will be sent home in September for the materials supplied by Holy Family. I hope you have a safe and fun summer!

Materials needed the first day of school:

• 1 box of crayons (24 count)

• #2 pencils (12 count and no mechanical pencils)

• 2 pink rectangular erasers

• glue sticks (pack of 2)

• 3 boxes of tissues

• 2 rolls of paper towels

• 2 containers of Clorox/Lysol wipes

• Boys: 1 large box sandwich size bags

• Girls: 1 large box storage/gallon size bags

• headphones in a plastic bag 

*Reminder to get clear contact paper to cover books
