I am Priyanka Aduri, working as the Science teacher at Holy Cross Catholic High school.

I can never imagine my career without science. 

I grew up in a family of teachers and know that being a science teacher is my calling. It was the reason for me to graduate from JNTU Kakinada, India during 2005 - 2009 with a specialization of biotechnology. This passion towards the biotechnology led me to post graduate from Vellore institute of technology, India in 2011. The same commitment drove me to publish an international and two national paper publications to keep myself standing in a role of biotechnologist.

My desire for helping others has been evident in my involvement in St. Ann's High school as a science teacher for last 7 years in India. Through those experiences I have learned to interact with a diverse group of people, which has increased my ability to relate to others.  I was able to teach different branches of science like Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Biochemistry, Bioprocess Engineering, Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, Applied chemistry, Science laboratories etc. and I have also had the opportunity create lessons for the students that focused on life skills such as projects, team work, communication and time management.

Finally, I am here, at Holy Cross Catholic High School to experience the blessings of teaching Holy Cross students.
