A little bit about Miss mandl...

I am a Holy Cross alum, so I feel very blessed to have the opportunity to provide students with the same family-like environment and strong faith foundation that I received here. I graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Education, and I am also certified in Special Education which is a passion of mine. This is my sixth year of teaching, having previously taught Pre-Kindergarten and 1st Grade. To me, the best part about teaching is getting to know each student and building a relationship with them. In teaching 2nd Grade, I am looking forward to helping my students grow in their faith and receive the sacraments of Reconciliation and First Communion. When I’m not in school, I spend my time cheering for the Jayhawks and the Chiefs, being outdoors with my dog, and spending time with family and friends.
