On-Site Staff 

Lucia Ducci, a native of Florence and former Holy Cross Italian Foreign Language Assistant (FLA), serves as our amazing on-site Program Director. Lucia has years of experience running the Unifi program for our students and considers herself a full-fledged Crusader, right down to the bumpersticker on her car! She is your immediate liaison while in Florence.
