The Holy Cross Marching Band is an award-winning program that develops confidence, leadership, and life skills through musical experiences and performances. We encourage a lifelong love of music and the arts by helping students discover their God-given talents.

Talented musicians delivered Holy Cross a TAPPS Division II Excellent Rating for Marching Band (4:37:29 mark) and Drumline (2:55:00 mark) and five (5) First Place Medalists in solo competition.

Over the course of the year the band performed and provide spirit for over a 1000 fans, alumni, and more at school sporting events.

Band members shared their talents with the community performing at over 12 events for nonprofits, churches, and other schools including events such as the Poteet Strawberry Festival.

Holy Cross also joined thousands of students from over 40 other San Antonio-area high schools to compete in front of 10,000 spectators for the annual Battle of Flowers Band Festival.

Over 800,000 spectators along a 3.1-mile route cheered on our students as they marched in America’s Largest Illuminated Night Parade.
