Mr. Calma

Alumni Class of 1993

I was born in the Philippines and grew up in the Daly City/Colma area since I arrived from the Philippines at the age of three.  I graduated from Holy Angels School in 1993; I then attended Archbishop Riordan High School and graduated in 1997.  I went on to study at San Francisco State University where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies, a multiple subject teaching credential and a Masters of Art degree in Educational Administration.

I have been blessed to be teaching here at Holy Angels School since 1998; currently,  I am the Vice-Principal, Athletic Director, 8th Grade Homeroom Teacher, the Science Instructor for Grades 6-8, and the PE Instructor for Grades 3-8.  At times, I coach basketball teams at HA when there is a need.

I am married and blessed with three wonderful daughters; one of them is currently in 2nd grade at Holy Angels School.   We continue to contribute to the enrollment, here at HA!  LOL!  During my free time,  I enjoy playing sports, going to sporting events, traveling, laughing and watching scary/thrilling movies.  I love eating hotdogs from Costco and anything I can put lots of cheese on.  At the end of the day, I am truly thankful to be part of our Holy Angels School Family!   This is truly "home!"
