HAMUN has been an annual conference at Holton for several years now, and it is a great opportunity to learn more about Model UN in a low-stakes environment, especially since it is the first conference for many delegates. Holton-Arms high schoolers will be the chairs of your committees and are dedicated to ensuring you have a very fun and educational experience. We can't wait to see you all in October!

We are pleased to introduce Alice Armanni Sequi as our keynote speaker for the 2024 Opening Ceremonies at HAMUN. Ms. Sequi is currently a Humanitarian Affairs Chief at the UN Office on Drugs and Crime. Ms. Sequi has a lot of experience in financial humanitarian work. In her current position, Ms. Sequi manages financial resources for OCHA's Central Emergency Response Fund and OCHA's Country-Based Fuel Funds. In the past, Ms. Sequi has worked at the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Society for five years. Additionally, Ms. Sequi was OCHA's Head of Office in Chad and Ukraine and was OCHA's Chief of Advocacy and Operations in Central Africa and West Africa. Ms. Sequi was also the Coordinator of the IASC Emergency Directors Group. We are so excited to hear from Ms. Sequi about her ongoing accomplished career.
