I am Elizabeth Smith (Betsy), and I am the Village School Literacy Coach for Kindergarten and Grade 1. With this, I have the privilege of visiting classrooms, modeling lessons, and working with groups of students.


I am also certified to provide Orton Gillingham-based Tier 2 intervention, focusing upon using a multi-sensory, structured literacy approach to small group intensive reading support. I have been teaching in Holmdel since 1997.
