About Hohokam APT
Building connections. Supporting students. Strengthening our school community.
Building connections. Supporting students. Strengthening our school community.
The Hohokam Association of Parents and Teachers brings families, educators, and community members together to support our students and strengthen the Hohokam Elementary School community. Through events, volunteerism, fundraising, and family engagement, we help create meaningful experiences for every Falcon.
Every Hohokam family is part of our school community, and everyone is welcome to participate.
Our mission is to build a strong partnership between Hohokam families, teachers, staff, and the surrounding community. We support programs, activities, and resources that enrich student learning, celebrate our school, and help every Falcon feel connected.
Together, we help make Hohokam a wonderful place to learn, grow, and belong.
Hohokam APT supports the school community in several important ways throughout the year.
We help coordinate and support family events, school celebrations, staff appreciation activities, and other opportunities that bring the Hohokam community together.
We create opportunities for families to connect, participate, share ideas, and become more involved in the life of the school.
Through fundraising, donations, and community support, we help provide resources and experiences that benefit Hohokam students and staff.
The success of Hohokam APT comes from families, teachers, staff, volunteers, and community partners working together. Whether someone attends a meeting, supports an event, makes a donation, or shares an idea, every contribution helps strengthen our school.
