the object is based on the open floor space which functions as a gathering and learning area [ south + east ]
staff and sanitary areas are located along the walls bordering neighbouring buildings [north +west ]
second floor serves as a more intimate area for gathering and learning
an open floor plan and cutout slab in center create multidimensional space
the concept of the object follows the form of a micro neighbourhood in which different functional areas are based around an open green atrium connected by corridors
all different areas of the Green spot can functional independently but also serve as an extension and an upgrade to one another
the exterior of the object is calm and manufactured in traditional building materials, whereas the interior of the object is playful and modern, manufactured in steel and glass. outer part of the building is designed to be in harmony with existing historical objects - represents respect for the past, while the inner part of the building is designed to follow the modern man and way of living of today - represents the present and hope for the future.

the project contains various analyses concerning the existing spatial plan with all its positive characteristics and its drawbacks
the proposed site plan transform the existing area into a pedestrian friendly zone which spreads through the park and includes art, shopping, recreational and lounge districts
new site plan focuses on connecting three transformed nodal points which are given adequate functions and values
the result is a transformed cityscape with elements that work with one another to utilize different segments of the area into a single living organism

Dom u prirodi / Home in Nature / is an ecological initiative to preserve and activate a deteriorating natural surrounding with an artifical lake by transforming it into a getaway resort with minimum negative ecological impact
the resort includes three different areas: guest area, staff area and a shared area with food station in between the two
all housing units are pre-manufactured and only partially assembled on-site to reduce possible negative ecological impact
such structure of the housing units allows easy assembly and multiform
