We are always looking to hire Electricians ,but We do have a rigorous test in order to get a good understanding of what you know and what kind of position would be available to you in our company. It is a paper test and a physical duty test. Its not just a common knowledge test. It was designed specifically by this company and there is no study guide other than the NEC and knowledge one should know if they have worked in the field. You will be required to have a valid id and a social security card to even be considered.
We also hire inexperienced help.
