• From 2003 to 2008, she studied at the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of the H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University, majoring in Mathematics and Computer Science, after which she received a diploma with honours and a qualification as a mathematics and computer science teacher.

• From 2008 to 2013, she studied at the postgraduate school of the H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University.

• In 2013, she defended her thesis and received a degree in pedagogical sciences, specialising in 13.00.01 General Pedagogy and History of Pedagogy.

• From 2017 to 2019, she underwent scientific training in the doctoral programme at the H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University.

• From 2020 to 2021, she studied for a master's degree at V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University in the specialty' Administrative Management,' after which she received a diploma with honors and a master's degree in management. 

• In 2020, she defended her dissertation and received a Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences degree in the specialty 13.00.04 'Theory and Methods of Professional Education.'

• In 2021, she received the academic title of Associate Professor at the Department of Educology and Innovative Pedagogy.

• In 2026, she received the academic title of Professor at the Department of Educology and Innovative Pedagogy.

• From 2006 to 2007 – part-time computer science teacher at Kharkiv Secondary School No. 44.

• From 2007 to 2008, I was a part-time mathematics teacher at Kharkiv Lyceum of Construction and Architecture.

• From 2013 to 2020 – Associate Professor of the Department of History of Pedagogy and Comparative Pedagogy at the H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University.

• From 2020 to 2021 – Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy at the H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University.

• From 3 February 2021 to December 2021, she was acting head of the Department of Education and Innovative Pedagogy at the H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University.

• 3 December 2021 to February 2023 – Head of the Department of Education and Innovative Pedagogy at the H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University.

• From February 2023 to the present – Scientific Secretary, Professor of the Department of Education and Innovative Pedagogy at H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University.

At the university, she taught various academic disciplines, including Pedagogy, History of Pedagogy, Comparative Pedagogy, Provision of Educational Technologies, Current Issues in Comparative Studies, Grant and Project Activities, and Administrative Management.

She is a member of project groups developing an educational programme in 01 Education/Pedagogy, specialisation 011 Educational and Pedagogical Sciences, for students pursuing third (academic and scientific) and second (master's) levels of higher education.

Since 2021, he has been a member of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine's working group on preparing the Model Regulations on the Organisation of the Educational Process in Institutions of Professional Pre-Higher Education.

Since 2021, he has been an expert of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance on the accreditation of educational programmes.

Research interests:

• content, forms, and methods of adult education in Ukraine and leading countries of the world;

development of higher and corporate education in Ukraine and European countries;

• development of higher and corporate education in Ukraine and European countries;

• implementation of a competence-based approach in higher education; 

• ensuring the quality of higher education and administrative management of higher education institutions;

• pedagogical support for children from de-occupied territories;

• problems of military pedagogy and modern approaches to developing the higher military education system.

In 2019, she was the coordinator of the grant project ‘Visual art as a means of overcoming and preventing emotional burnout among teachers’ with the support of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation.

In 2020, she received a personal grant to study at the International Business School in The Hague with the support of the German Cultural Centre ‘Goethe-Institut’ at the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Ukraine.

In 2021, she was the coordinator of the grant educational project ‘Inclusive ART-HUB’, which was implemented at the H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University with the support of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation. In 2022, she won a research scholarship programme from the Georg Eckert Institute (Braunschweig, Germany).

She has more than 200 scientific and educational-methodological works, including monographs, textbooks, methodological publications, scientific articles in professional domestic and foreign journals, and articles indexed in the Web of Science and Scopus scientometric databases.

Participates in the work of ad hoc and permanent specialised academic councils as a reviewer, official opponent, and chair of the council for the defence of dissertations in the specialities A1 ‘Educational and Pedagogical Sciences’ and A5 ‘Vocational Education (by specialisation)’.

Reviewer of monographs, textbooks and manuals, scientific articles, educational and professional programs, and scientific programmes.

Since 2023, a member of the Scientific Council of the National Research Fund of Ukraine. 

Since 2025, chair of the Social and Humanitarian Sciences Section, deputy chair of the National Research Fund of Ukraine.

From 2020 to the present, I have been a member of the organising committee of the International Scientific and Practical Conference ‘Adult Education: Global Trends, Ukrainian Realities and Prospects’.

From 2019 to present – Head of the Scientific and Methodological Laboratory of Pedagogical Design and Adult Education at the H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University.

From 2019 to 2022 – member of the organising committee of the scientific and educational event ‘Skovoroda Academy of Young Scientists’.

From 2018 to the present, I have been a member of the editorial board of the scientific journal ‘Theory and Methods of Teaching and Education’, which is included in the list of professional scientific publications of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. From 2022 to the present, I have been a member of the editorial board of the scientific journal ‘Postmethodology’, which is included in the list of professional scientific publications of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

From 2013 to the present, I have been a member of the All-Ukrainian public organisation ‘V.O. Sukhomlynsky Association’.

From 2022 to the present – head of the charitable social and educational project ‘Happy Sunflowers’.
