• Managers Role: Is to ensure that there is enough players for the games each week (please let your manager know if you won't be able to play before the day). Also to organise parents to score and time keep on the days that you are on team duty.

• Coaches Role: To sub the players so they get fair game time and to help them get back into their boats.
