College Credit Plus (CCP) Process Checklist

• Attend CCP Meeting

  • Date: November

  • Location: Hopewell-Loudon

•    Sign Letter of Intent

  • Determine your eligibility for CCP at your chosen college.

  • Turn in the signed letter to Mrs. Hendrix. Recommended April 1st

• Complete CCP Application

  • Fill out the application for your chosen college.

• Notify Mrs. Hendrix

  • Inform her once you have submitted your application so she can send your transcript.

• Meet with CCP Advisor

  • Once accepted, schedule a meeting with a CCP advisor at the college to choose classes that align with your academic goals.

  • Note: You schedule CCP classes not taken at Hopewell-Loudon.

  • If taking CCP classes offered at the high school, Mrs. Hendrix will schedule those for you.

  • Be aware of any placement testing requirements and complete them ASAP.

• Submit Class Schedule

  • Important: Turn in your finalized college class schedule to Mrs. Hendrix to ensure it's added to your Hopewell-Loudon school schedule.
