In our STEM program (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math), students design and create a wide variety of projects for the school and the community. From custom banners and wood engravings to 3D printed items, students have the opportunity to bring their ideas to life using real tools and technology.
Many of the banners you see around the school and at events were made right here by STEM students!

STEM I is an introduction to the world of science, technology, engineering, and math through hands-on learning. Most of the semester is spent building and coding small projects like motorized vehicles, simple elevators, and other mechanical devices using basic parts.
Students also get a brief introduction to wood engraving, sticker design, and 3D printing. STEM I gives you just a glimpse of everything our full STEM program has to offer.
After successfully completing STEM I, students can continue with STEM II—and eventually STEM III—all within the same class period.
STEM II and III students work on similar projects, focusing less on coding and more on design and production using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Tinkercad.
In these advanced levels of STEM, students take on more creative and customized projects, including:
Banners
Stickers
Laser Engraving
Custom 3D Prints
T-Shirt Designs
Optional Coding Projects
These courses give students the chance to work independently or in teams while using real-world tools to bring their designs to life.
