Each student will receive their individualised schedule to use for all sections of the concert.
The Individal Schedule is on Green Paper, and some groups will receive it this week, and others on the day of the concert. (If already goven, plesse take the paper on Tuesday.

The "Walk Through" where the whole concert movement - from Green Room to Stage to Seats - is walked through.
This walk through is important for accessing the allocated stage seats, and to know where to go before and after being on the stage.
The Green Room is located adjacent to the CAN and will be used for storage of instrument cases, and for pre-performance tuning and warm-up.

Bring Instrument and music.
Wait quietly for your ensemble time.
No eating or running inthe Church.

All school bags should be kept in the Cafeteria.
Snack in Cafeteria.
Change into Concert Uniform.
Use Bathroom etc.
PLEASE NOTE: The 5th Floor Playground is not to be used.
Students cannot return to their Homeroom after 3:00pm.
Consider bringing a book for quiet time.
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated too.
