aLIVE MAdrasah Updates and Term 1

May you receive this information in the best state of health and iman always, ameen.

2. In view of the current Covid-19 Pandemic situation and with the recent emergence of the COVID-19 Omicron variant, the aLIVE MHY SG Online Learning will be extended for another week till 26 February 2022. The aLIVE MHY SG will resume its physical F2F class on 5th March 2022 till end of Term 1.

3. Therefore, we would like to seek parents’ assistance and support in working together with us to ensure our children are able to have a safe learning environment at the mosque with these steps:

I. Classrooms Sanitized and Disinfected

• Our mosque will ensure that the classrooms will be sanitized and disinfectant before the start and at the end of their classes

• All students will also be asked to sanitize their hands before entering the class

II. Vaccination Status

• Alhamdulillah, all of our trainers have completed their vaccination and received their booster shot

• Also, we would like to seek parents’ kind understanding and support to share with us their children’s’ vaccination status for our record purpose

III. Has been Issued Health Risk Notice (HRN)

• If your child has been issued HRN and attending the aLIVE Class is still within the HRN Period, your child is allowed to attend aLIVE Class providing your child has done the ART Test with Negative result in the morning before coming to class

• Kindly submit your child’s ART result for proof via our linktree @ https://linktr.ee/hajiyusoff under aLIVE MHY SG ART Result Submission

IV. Undergoing Home Recovery Programme (HRP)

• If your child is undergoing HRP programme, we pray to Allah s.w.t to grant speedy recovery for your child. Priority is to focus with your child’s recovery and return to aLIVE class once the child has cleared and result of the ART Result is Negative.

4. We will update again with parents if there are any changes for Term 2. In Summary:

• F2F Resumption (All Classes including SYAMS) - 5th March 2022

• Last day of Term 1 - 12th March 2022

• Term 1 Break - 19th March 2022

• aLIVE Resume for 1st day / Term 2 (F2F) - 26th March 2022

Information pertaining to aLIVE Madrasah Classes Offer for 2022

Dear parents,

May Allah s.w.t continue to bless us here, eases our way in seeking His pleasure and selawat upon our beloved prophet Muhammad s.a.w.

2. On behalf of Hj Yusoff Mosque, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for registering your child at aLIVE Madrasah Masjid Haji Yusoff.

3. The new academic year for Haji Yusoff Mosque Madrasah will commence on 15^th January 2022. Also please be informed that our aLIVE Classes will be done Face to Face (F2F) lesson at the mosque.

4. In view of the current Covid-19 Pandemic and as part of our continuing efforts to provide a healthy and safe environment for everyone in our mosque, there are few things we would like parents to take note as to ensure a safe and healthy environment:

· Students to bring their Trace Together Token along (if they have)

· Alternatively, students may also do Mobile SafeEntry check in via the TraceTogether app

· Students to wear Mask at all times except for children 12 years and below, who may have difficulty wearing and keeping face masks on for a prolonged period of time

· Students are allowed to bring their own food and drinks to be consumed during their break time

· Students will be seated 1m away from each other throughout the lesson and during break

· Students are to refrain themselves from coming to the mosque if they are unwell
