This program is open to all current and future HJUHSD students that have FINISHED 4th grade (or will be entering 5th grade in Fall 2026) up to those ENTERING 12th grade. (graduated seniors are not permitted to participate at this time)
ALL those interested in participating MUST fill out the form below. PRIOR to sending in audition tapes.
NEW FOR 2026: ALL INTERESTED MEMBERS MUST SUBMIT AN AUDITION VIDEO TO PARTICIPATE.
SPACE IS LIMITED, SO MAKE SURE TO SUBMIT YOUR BEST AUDITION.
HJUHSD is excited to continue our Summer Arts program in 2026.
This year our Musical Theatre group will be continuing a full jr. show by producing Disney's Frozen Jr.
We will be holding auditions for via online videos by April 8
Call Backs will happen on Thursday April 30 from 4pm-9pm for those invited.
EVERYONE interested in participating will need to submit an audition video.
Everyone will participate in our two week rehearsals right after school dismisses in June.
Rehearsals will start Monday June 8, 2026 and run through Thursday June 18, 2026. (9am-2:30pm)
Lunch and a breakfast snack will be provided via the HJUHSD Food Services, or students can bring their own lunches if desired.
Students will need to spend May memorizing scripts and working through songs to prepare for our rehearsals on their own.
3 performances: Thursday June, 18 @ 6:00pm and Saturday June 20th @ 1pm and 6pm at the HJUHSD Presentation Center.
STAGE/TECH CREW
Current HJUHSD HS students Interested in being a part of the Stage or Tech Crew Apply below. This includes stage crew, lighting, spot lights, house crew, costume crew, make-up, props, ticket sales etc.

HOWEVER, IT DOES STILL GIVE GREAT INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO NAVIGATE THE AUDITION PROCESS.
