Once your child has started at Hitchin Boys’, we would recommend that if your enquiry is urgent you telephone the school. However, if you have a general enquiry we would advise that you email the school using the school’s admin email address - admin@hitchinboys.co.uk. This mailbox is regularly checked and our staff will forward your query to the most relevant member of staff, unless you specify in the email who the enquiry is for. 

For absence, please email absence@hitchinboys.co.uk giving your sons name and form. Our Attendance Officer, Mrs Lake will then update relevent staff.

All email enquiries should receive a response within two working days; this may be a holding email in the first instance while staff investigate the matter.
