Why eXp Realty Is Shown on This Website

HirePARealtors was created by Randy Krautter, a licensed Pennsylvania REALTOR®, as an educational and referral resource for Erie area buyers and sellers.

The purpose of this website is simple. You can ask questions, understand your options, and get a clearer sense of what may come next before deciding whether you are ready to speak with a local agent.

Because Randy is a licensed real estate professional, his real estate activity is connected to his brokerage, eXp Realty, LLC. That disclosure is important. It helps keep the process transparent and makes clear that this site is connected to a licensed REALTOR® operating within a brokerage structure.

That does not mean Randy automatically becomes your REALTOR® when you visit this site, complete a form, or ask a question. It also does not mean you are obligated to work with Randy, eXp Realty, or any specific agent.

In many cases, Randy’s role through HirePARealtors is to help you get oriented, understand your situation, and connect you with a local real estate professional who may be a better fit for your needs, location, timing, or goals.

If you choose to move forward with an agent, your representation would be handled through a written agreement with that agent and their brokerage. Until that happens, no agency relationship has been created.

The goal is not to pressure you into making a decision. The goal is to help you become better informed before you make one.

No pressure, just insight.
