SECURING YOUR SESSION

Bookings can be made with Freckles via phone, text or email listed on home page, www.hirefreckles.com

Rates and packages for each style photography can be found under the Investment tab.

For ALL sessions, in order to secure your date and time, a 50% retainer deposit with signed contract is required. This reserves the agreed upon date and time, making no other reservations over yours and for this reason, retainer deposits are non - refundable. However, it is applied to the total cost of the session.

Life is unpredictable and schedules change. As a result, I prefer not schedule sessions more than 2 months in advance.

After Booking Session

NEXT STEPS

Once the session date and time are established, clients will receive their personalized agreement, including invoice for the retainer deposit.

Retainer deposit is due upon receipt of contract, scheduled session time will not be reserved without deposit & signed contract. 

Remaining balance is due 24 hours before scheduled session time.

Failure to complete full payment 24 hours before scheduled session time will result in forfeiture of the session date and loss of deposit. When the day of the session comes around, I want to be focused on my work over the distraction of finances.

If a session is booked within 5 days of the requested date, an invoice for the full amount will be issued, due upon receipt.

About Your Session

LOCATION

Unless specified by client, I will select the location where the photoshoot will take place.

I utilize outdoor locations as well as both natural and artificial light.

Location for event photography is typically established by the client.  Flash may or may not be used for event photography.

TIMELINESS + ATTENDANCE

Session time starts as scheduled, no exceptions. To make the most of your time, arrive dressed and ready to shoot, including hair and makeup. 

Timeliness is imperative for the smooth execution of each session. In the event of client tardiness, additional time will not be added to a session.

If you are going to be late, please call us! We understand how mother nature can get, including the occasional accident or illness (people don't look their best when they are sick). Communication is key here, let us know what's going on.

A tardiness grace period of up to 20 minutes will be granted for each session.

After 20 minutes, if client remains a no-call, no-show, then session is cancelled, and client will forfeit full payment for the session. 

RESCHEDULING / CANCELATIONS

Rescheduling session under 24 hours of start time will result in being charged a $75 rescheduling fee. This will give the client a one-time reschedule, reserving client's new session date and time. 

Rescheduling session 7 days or more before date will result in being charged a $30 rescheduling fee. This will reserve client's new session date and time. 

In the event a reschedule is necessary due to inclement weather, illness, personal or family emergency, the new session date will be scheduled as soon as possible. If new date is not scheduled within 2 months from the date of original session, Client session fee will be lost.

In the event that the photographer is unable to perform required work on the day of the session/event, due to illness, personal or family emergency, we can reschedule session (waiving reschedule fee) OR provide Client with a full refund of session payment within 5 days of scheduled event. Client agrees to indemnify Consultant for any loss, damage or liability.

Expected Session Times

Lifestyle/Events Session – minimum 2 hours

Portrait Photography – 30 minutes - 3 hours

Graduating Seniors & Model Photography - 30 minutes - 3 hours

*Attendance is limited to only those individuals being photographed. Having additional people present can be distracting to both photographer and client.

After Your Session

PRINTS & PRODUCTS

Client will receive a flash drive loaded with the final images within 2 weeks of the session date. 

Accessories like coffee mugs, canvas picture frames, keychains, clothing and more, can be custom desgined with client photos upon special request. Send Freckles an email listing up to 3 favorite photos that you want custom designed and fitted on these accessories. 

COPYRIGHT NOTICE & MODEL RELEASE

The images are the property of the client for personal use, for the purposes of reproduction and giving of photographs to friends and relatives. The client hereby grants to Photos by Freckles the right to use and publish photographs of the client or in which the client may be included, for editorial, trade, or advertising, and to copyright the same.

PUBLICATION

The Client may publish or disclose the Work and shall acknowledge the Consultant in all such publications. 

Photos by Freckles reserves the right to amend any information at any time, including, but not limited to, rates, policies and product offerings, without prior notice.
