Introducing Mr. Lichty...

as a teacher: This will be my eighth year teaching middle school science at Hinkletown. This year I will also be teaching 6th and 7th grade Bible, 7th and 8th grade Family & Consumer Sciences (FCS) and Venture Family Living. I enjoy helping with the middle school worship team and coaching basketball. I received a bachelor's degree and K-8 certification from Millersville University and a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Eastern Mennonite University.

as a person: I live in Terre Hill with my wife, Erin, and son Elijah. Erin teaches first grade at Hinkletown and Elijah is in middle school this year. Outside of school I enjoy gardening and cooking, hiking and studying plants and animals in nature, reading, playing all kinds of sports and games, listening to music, playing guitar and bass on our church worship team, and spending time with family and friends.
