I am Mrs. Welling, care coordinator, truancy officer and homeless liaison at Millcreek-West Unity Schools. I am a licensed social worker through the state of Ohio and have a Bachelors of Science in Social Work from Bowling Green State University. I am starting my 10th school year at Millcreek-West Unity School. In the 2015-2016 school year I had worked part time at Hilltop through a grant at the Northwest Ohio Educational Service Center. The 2019-2020 school year was my first full time year at Hilltop. I love being at Hilltop Schools and being involved with the parents and students.
