This event is run by an outside organisation not CAIMS. This means that we need to pay an entry fee and for transport. Cost to be confirmed.
Local Police Officers will be present on the day to assist, give advice and judge the performance of each team.
Rules:
1. Each team must compete as a team i.e. they are allowed to assist each other and will be clocked when the last member of that team crosses the finish line. The team is not to be assisted by any staff member. The rules in relation to the PCT will be explained further during the briefing on the day.
2. All competitors must be in their school’s sport uniform.
3. All teams must be accompanied by at least one staff member or designated parent who is responsible for their students throughout the day. They are also required to ensure that each student has returned their signed consent forms prior to event. A consent form is attached and must be returned with the registration form. The accompanying adult is responsible for keeping details of emergency contacts and any medical information relevant to each child on their team.
4. Family and any other staff are more than welcome to attend and show their support.
5. The winning teams who will represent Canterbury at the National PCT Competition will be decided by Blue Light and Police staff on the day.
6. We have a full day planned so please arrive on time for your session.
