There are many different types of ecosystems, and some examples are:
Taiga
Grassland
Desert
Mangrove
Tundra
Forest
Savanna
Taiga - Usually made up of many trees, cold temperatures and mostly found in the Northern Hemisphere. (Terrestrial Ecosystem)
Tundra - usually made up of bare snow with barely any vegetation with cold temperature. (Terrestrial Ecosystem)
Grassland - Usually containing large areas of grass, with nutritious soil for plants to grow. (Terrestrial Ecosystem)
Desert - Usually sandy and gravelly, with humid hot temperature and barely any vegetation (EXCEPTION OF CACTI). (Terrestrial Ecosystem)
Savannah - Usually with a variety of animals and plants with warm temperature. A savanna has golden color grass and warm humid temperature. (Terrestrial Ecosystem)
Forest - Usually surrounded by an abundance of trees and plants and many animals. It normally has a cool yet warm temperature. (Terrestrial Ecosystem)
Mangrove - Usually containing shrubs & ferns, with brackish water and trees sprouting from below the water. (Aquatic Ecosystem)
