ALL PHOTOS MUST ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

• Please submit only through the provided link. Do not email photos. Upon submission, you will get a confirmation email from Jostens that says “Thanks for sharing your photos” -- and this does confirm your submission! 

• All portraits should be vertical rectangles, minimum of 5x7 inches, at 300 dpi, saved in JPEG format.

• All portraits should be head and shoulder shots. Photos not submitted as headshots will be cropped.

• Portraits featuring any clothing, items, or subjects in violation of school policy or dress code will not be accepted.

• Portraits with props or animals will not be accepted.

• Portraits with "Snapchat" type filters will not be accepted.

• Photographers should submit portraits digitally using the same link.

• Please submit just one photo.

• The yearbook staff reserves the right to decline submissions in violation of the established guidelines.

• No portraits will be accepted after 3 p.m. on Friday, January 10, 2025. Please contact us prior to the final date if you have any questions or concerns.

If you prefer to submit your own portrait instead of using a professional photographer, please use the highest possible dpi on your digital camera. All specifications still apply. Our goal is to get every senior pictured in the yearbook, so please contact us at the email listed below if you have questions.

GUIDELINES:

• NO SCREENSHOTS! If you have a picture on Facebook (for example) that you want to use but don't have access to the original, save the actual picture from Facebook - do not take a screenshot! Screenshots are generally a much lower quality and will not maintain a good resolution when resized. 

• All images should be in JPEG or PNG format - no PDF, HEIC, etc. 

• Photos MUST be submitted using the appropriate Google Form. DO NOT EMAIL YOUR PHOTOS.

• If you have physical pictures that you want to use and you do not have a way to scan them, you may bring them to Mrs. Neal to be scanned. Please put all pictures in an envelope or ziploc bag, etc. with the student's name on the outside. Please label the pictures with the age range (baby, elementary, etc). As soon as the pictures are scanned, they will be returned to the student. 

• No pictures will be accepted after 3 p.m. on Friday, March 1, 2025. Please contact us prior to the final date if you have any questions or concerns.
