In the start of school we had to make an identety card using math. We involved them in our life and made them into charts and graphs. In my identety cart I showed my stats of my music genres, my confedence, how long it takes me to get ready in the morning and how many hours do I sleep. The graphs show where I land in the model between my classmates.
In class we cut our own wood to make a cube of our tablemates amazing stories. We made their stories out of legos, we were never there but they gave us discriptions and we had to try our best to recreat it with legos. We had to use our comunication skills to make the story as real as posible.
For this project we have to learn how to use photoshop and create a story for our image. We had to make an image of multiple photos to creat our hero, gods hero, or society's hero. I chose the society's hero and picked Kylie Jenner cause every one wants her perfect pretty life. I also made her story on how people see her, on the internet, and not of how she is actually.
In this project we were put into groups to create our own graphic novels. We had to make our story, take to photos, photoshop them, photoshop them together into the margens we wanted them in, and fix MANY errors. This was a hard but fun project to do. I know my group could have done better if we worked on better comunication to work together.
For camera obscura we took a moving box and cut a hole on the bottom for our heads to go in to see the image on a blank paper in front of the inside of the box. We also cut a small thumb tack whole above our head to get the little light we need to see an image.
The pin hole camera was a solo project to take a picture in a blacked out box or blacked out tin can. At first we all got a white picture cause we were told to have it out for 5-7 min when really we needed only a few seconds. My second try i did 3 seconds and got this picture.
This was my favorite project so far. We took close up pictures of our selfs and outlined them with linear lines. We had to come up with the slope and steepness to perfectly trace our face. We had to also cut them off at the ends so they wouldent extend across our face. We made a dear math letter and notes to go with our Face Portrait. I loved how much time we had for it and how peacfull it was to listen to music and create lines to line up to our face.
