The geometric mural is a mural we did based on a field trip to lake cuyamaca, how ever I did not attend this field trip and during this field trip we had to take pictures on 3 certain things like the campsite, the lake or the hike that a small group of students did. and basically we would choose our favorite pictured to put into a mural painting that we were going to hang up in the halls and depending what the picture was it would be assigned a certain color if you're picture is of the lake it would be blue, if it was of the campsite its orange if its of the hike it would be purple. However since I didn't attend the field trip I had to take a picture of something "interesting" during the week and put that onto a separate painting, and I chose my dog Thiago cause I love him with all my heart.
This is a project based on a field trip we did to the Orange County ropes course, the course was relatively easy but it just made me slightly uneasy every time we had to un hook one of the two claws used to hanging to the rope to transition from one line to the other one. But all that aside our physic's class decided to make a model on certain parts of the ropes course such as the zipline, the lily pads, and the rock wall etc. Me and my partner Ethan F, Got assigned the beginning part of the course which starts off with this rope thing that leads up to a plank to the rock wall witch also leads to another part of the ropes course. In this model we had a hard time making the ropes that lead up to the rock wall and there are definitely things we could've done better however It didn't come-out completely terrible and im very proud of this model.
This is the mural I was talking about in my Geometric design and as you will notice my painting isn't there, Not because I didn't finish it but because there were a separate mural for the people who didn't attend the field trip and even though I don't have much to say about this since I didn't work on this or go on the field trip, I will say this turned out better than our first mural.
This project is basically our class coming up with random creepy horror stories to read while we are at the campfire during the field trip but since I didn't go I didn't get the chance to read my story at the camping trip. I based my story on an analog horror series on y0utube called the "Mandela Catalogue" which I highly recommend if Your into creepy 80's to 90's horror however I will say it is very creepy so watch it at your own risk.
This is a project card for the geometric mural basically it shows the original photo and then the traced out version in GeoGebra and then the photoshopped and colored in version and talks about the process and all the equations in this project and this is something that was surprisingly easier than I thought it would be and I'm really proud of this.
In this project our class split up into different groups to walk around certain areas around point Loma and map out the area and try and fill in the areas with pictured to match what we saw in the area for example if some areas had pictures of houses it represent a neighborhood if it was just a picture of grass it would represent a field However I was unable to finish because I didn't know how to use photoshop that well.
