These are some of the AMAZING resources I learned about through the DoD STEM Ambassador Program, which I use regularly.
The San Diego STEM ecosystem brings STEM industry and education partners together. I love to browse the many STEM opportunities for students and educators on their website.
The Coding School (TCS) is a nonprofit focused on skill-building and workforce development in technologies that are going to change the world over the next decade. I was able to create a partnership with TCS and my school to offer my students and Intro to AI course.
Through DoD STEM, I was lucky enough to visit Carderock and learn about the many scientists and engineers supporting the US Navy. NSWC Carderock has excellent STEM curriculum for the K-12 classroom that links to NGSS standards and careers in STEM. I am using this curriculum to promote language development and careers in STEM.
