Our team camped out in the Anza Borrego desert. We had been learning lots about its history and present day information, after this, we had many practice runs with sewing, crocheting, and then finally working on our whole tapestry. It was divided up between the two classes; one group would do the present day Anza Borrego, and the other would do the historic tapestry of Anza Borrego.

For this assignment, we went to Anza Borrego and were asked to get films and pictures of our trip. The class was given topics; I was part of the sunset crew, so I put together a video of the Anza Borrego trip at sunset! We then put all the classes videos together to make a documentary.

After visiting Anza Borrego and learning about its weather, we were asked to create a weather report video. This video is meant to be similar to news stations and their weather channels, we studied the Anza Borrego weather forecast when we were there and made a news video on it!

At the end of the semester, we were asked to write about one of our experiences throughout the year. I chose to write about our tapestry and creating it, my article tells my experience with the tapestry and some fun details into making it.

For a field trip, we visited a ropes course. In physics we had to create a smaller scale of the ropes course we visited, we also made a laser cut copy version of ourselves on the ropes course and put them into the small scale course!
Along with the ropes course model, we created a paper that included our story of the ropes course. We also made a physics diagram of our ropes course picture.

All of the freshmen classes were asked to create cardboard boats. We had partners for this; my partner was Cooper, together we worked on many boats together called sinkalicious. We scaled down our weight and put our miniature scale boats to the test many times. In the end, we brought all of our boats to the bay and tried racing them. Many people sunk, including my boat.

During our hike on Mission Trails we were asked to keep track of a certain topic during our walk; I chose to keep track of my happiness. When we got back, we made graphs on our data and inputed images. Then we also made an analysis on the walk and our graph.
Our class hiked through the mountains of Mission Trails. We took many pictures along the way and made postcards out of those pictures. We ended up printing them out and sending the postcards to friends and family.

Our class went paddle-boarding in the bay, we got pictures of us taken on the paddleboards. We made free body diagrams of the pictures and wrote a small paragraph on our experience paddle boarding, along with the physics behind it.

For our Math class we coded animations on Khan Academy. We had to learn how to code the backgrounds along with all of the shapes and movement.
