Phase 1: Rocket Team Roles

Each team member must be assigned a Role for this project; that role is responsible for all things related to that job but supports in all facets of completing the project. Remember, share the load, do your part….Individual Grades based on it and determined by Team Members and Teacher.

*Note- all members share in building of rocket

Project Manager: responsible for organizing all duties, responsibilities of the project including daily task lists, quality control, and ensuring all members are working on project. This person must manage materials and oversee process.

Editor/Researcher: lead researchers on rocket design, oversees rocket journal of daily tasks, digital media recorder/photos, and manages/assigns responsibilities of Rocket Manual. Handles direct email correspondence to group members and with teachers regarding management of directions and materials.

Chief Engineer: oversees construction of rocket, ensures all members are in line with design of rocket, research rocket design, and ensures quality construction.

Technician: manages all materials for rocket construction, supports/aids in rocket construction, stores/keeps materials organized, and builds parts of rockets according to teams design.
