Our vision is for Tomnacross to be a place where;
Everyone plays a part, with CARE at the heart.
At Tomnacross you will find learners who are:
Creative, who can think of new ways of doing things.
Achieving, who achieve in lots of ways.
Resilient, who keep trying and never give up.
Encouraging, who support and encourage each other.
Vision and Values Poster Competition
Our learners took part in a competition to design and create a poster to show our vision, values and aims.
The winning poster was designed by Elise and uses the aims written by Islay. The artwork was digitalised by Katie Muir, the graphic designer, working with P6. Pupils gave the poster their approval and it was displayed at our Open Afternoon for families to see.

To create our shared vision and values we took inspiration from learners, parents, carers, staff and the wider community.
We had the opportunity to have our say through online surveys, staff meetings, professional dialogue, pupil voice groups, classroom discussions and whole school assemblies.
