Thank you to the 15 families that completed the questionnaire.Â
We continue to welcome ongoing feedback from families as part of drop-off/ pick-up; stay, play and learn; focused child meetings and telephone/ email contact. The survey results represent three quarters of our ELC families' views (75%); our analysis of the survey takes this into consideration. If you didn't get a chance to complete our questionnaire, but would like to share your feedback, we'd be happy to chat!

Based on the responses to the above questions, here are the comments that our 15 ELC families (75% of ELC families) shared to further help us understand how we are doing.
Our 15 ELC families (75% of ELC families) also shared one thing that they would like to see improved. Using this feedback, and the results of the questions above, we have grouped responses into three themes. We have identified what we do already and our ideas on how we plan to improve these themes. If you have any further suggestions, we'd welcome these by completing the form at the bottom of the page.
Now that you have read the responses, CLICK HERE if you would like to share any specific ways that you think we could further enhance these aspects. The form will remain open until Friday 10th February 2023.
