Shawn Hall - Founder

" I started my HVAC career at a young age going to work with my uncle and grandpa. I have achieved multiple certifications with DPOR that include Master HVAC, Master Electrician, and Master Gasfitter. After working at several different companies in the industry. I decided I wanted to create something different. I wanted to create a company with a brand. I also wanted to cultivate an environment where people want to work, with benefits, 401K and payroll deductions, which is not something you see a lot in the trades. I also like to welcome the younger generation to explore options in the trades,

which is not something I experienced as a younger man. I can't say enough about the team we have here at Highlands, they all work hard and are very skilled in what they do."

Bill Ferguson - HVAC Lead Installer - Duct Fabrication

"I began my construction career as a carpenter's helper working for a friend's dad. I worked as a carpenter off and on for 10 years and even dabbled in roofing and masonry. I have been working at Highland's Air Conditioning for the last three years and I love it."

Nate Brown -  Service Technician

"Although I have grown up around numerous family members in the this field, this is my first job in the industry. Initially, I considered going into the medical field and working at Highlands during the summer. I now have decided to shift my educational focus to HVAC/Refrigeration. I can honestly say I feel I am where I am supposed to be here at Highlands AC."

Dave Brown - Operations/Service Manager

"Over the course of my 20 year career, I have worked as apprentice, service technician, and lead service technician, technical service agent, and distribution branch manager. I earned my HVAC Service Technician Certification and EPA Universal 608 certification. I have continued my education with ongoing trainings provided by leading refrigeration manufacturers across the country gaining valuable experience and becoming an expert in this trade. I joined Highlands in 2022 as Operations/ Service Manager. I really enjoy working directly with customers and other HVAC professionals and I hope to work towards further advancing the trade."
