Welcome to the 2024-2025 School year!  This year I will be teaching Math and Science for 6th, 7th, & 8th grades.  

This will be my 11th year in Middle School Science.  Each day brings a new adventure.  I strive to make my class hands on while allowing students  to learn as they do.  We do not have a text book, but much of our information can be found on google classroom

This will be my third year back in Middle School Math.   We will continue using many outlets for math that include I-Ready, Buzz Math, IXL, Math Antics, and of course Math Quest! 

Besides teaching, I have been married to my husband Randy for over 15 years!  We have two crazy, beautiful, and energetic children.  Sofie is going to be in 6th grade and Mason is in 3rd grade.  Since I want my children to be involved in a lot of different activities, I  am also very involved outside of school.  I am currently the adult leader of the Dairyland Diamonds 4-H club, director of the Sunday School Program,  church council president, and director of a summer camp.  I also help coach when needed and I am active member of the Highland Booster Club.   My hobbies include reading, photography, and being outside when I have time.
