'Let your light shine’ Matthew 5:16
To all our families,
I am really proud of the Year 6 children this week who have worked so hard to demonstrate what they have learnt whilst at High Ash in the Year 6 SATs. The rest of the school have been very respectful and supportive of our Year 6’s by adapting well to a change of timetable and being quiet in the mornings!
Classes for next year…
The following class structure will be in place for next academic year 2026-2027. We will be welcoming 29 new children to Acorns. Therefore the classes will be organised in this way.
Learning highlights this week….
Acorns
Acorns have had a change in our provision this week. We now have more tables and chairs. These tables and chairs are the same size as we will use in Year 1. It is all part of us getting ready for our transition into Year 1 and starting to work in larger groups at tables. We are still having lots of provision time but this is definitely helping us to get ready for the change that is coming.
