FLES (Foreign Language in Elementary Schools) is an exciting program in the Hicksville School District! All students in 3rd, 4th and 5th Grades will receive 40 minutes of Spanish instruction a week in their elementary classrooms.  

The goal is to give students a foundation for exploring and understanding Spanish-speaking cultures and peoples while working towards communicative proficiency in the target language!
