Online History for students Registration is now open

This summer, Gilder Lehrman Institute for American History is offering five free online courses for middle and high school students.

Each course includes online presentations, hosted live on Zoom, exploring topics such as the history of voting rights, American film and music, and early American history.

Learn more about the program and sign up for courses here. In addition, Gilder Lehrman will soon announce the courses in History Camp, an online program for elementary school students.

Monday, June 22, 2020 - Parent Orientation Google Meet for parents and students who are registered for AP Research for the 20-21 school year. Reference the letter from Mr. Lenson for information on how you can join the virtual meeting through Google Meets.

Tuesday, June 23, 2020 - In order to complete the mandatory summer assignment, students who are registered for AP Seminar for the 20-21 school year, must come to the High School lobby between the hours of 9-12 to pick up the book The Tipping Point.

If you were unable to pick up your book on June 23rd, contact Ms. Bilicki at abilicki@hicksvillepubicschools.org to arrange for the pick up of your book.
