Jennifer Greene thinks small (personalized learning) on a large-scale (school and district). Mrs. Greene is passionate about meeting students where they are using data and growing each learner based on their strengths and weaknesses academically, socially, and behaviorally. Her role allows her to do this through: facilitation of Professional Learning Communities with teachers, serving as the co-testing coordinator to collect data, providing teachers with feedback, MTSS academic chair, and developing and facilitating professional development based on student and teacher needs along with many other "hats".

Mrs. Greene graduated from NC State University in 2004 with a BS in Middle Grades Language Arts and Social Studies. In 2013, she graduated from Gardner-Webb University with a Master's in Educational Leadership. She is a National Board Certified teacher and is AIG certified. She also holds her K-12 administrative licence. She taught English Language Arts, Social Studies, and AIG in grades K-8. She has been teaching & leading for 17 years.

Mrs. Greene is married to her high school sweetheart and they have two children, ages 4 and 11. She enjoys being a sports mom and a dance mom. She loves to play ball, tennis, and go camping with her family. Her favorite place to be is at the beach.
