Bio

I am excited to be working at Hickory High School and providing innovative support to all teachers and students. I earned my Bachelors and Masters degree from Appalachian State University in Music Education along with a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Technology Facilitation. Previously I taught instrumental music courses at Freedom High School and Draughn High School in Burke County. I also teach a variety of music courses online at Catawba Valley Community College and Western Piedmont Community College. Along with my wife and two children, we reside in Valdese, NC.
