Hey there, I am Chef Samantha McJunkin. I  am a native of North Carolina and graduated from Johnson & Wales in 2012 with an A.S. degree in Culinary Arts, and in 2014 with a B.S. degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management.  I am a Food Evangelist.  I am passionate about food and have been cooking since I was old enough to stand on the chair beside the stove.  Cooking professionally for 22 years my passion, drive and creativity have crafted my unique style.  Food always brings people together, and excellent food makes the memory of good times that much sweeter.  In my spare time I cook, bake and creates new recipes.  I rescue animals, grow my own herbs, love to travel, and experience new cultures. I am so excited to share my knowledge and love of food with all my upcoming classes!
