Welcome

Hello! My name is Mrs. Alanda Johnson and I am entering my 4th year teaching Business Courses in the CTE (Career & Technical Education) Department. Prior to becoming a teacher I served as a Behavior Specialist in the Exceptional Children's Department then begin teaching at Grandview Middle School 3 years ago. I have a BA in Business Administration and Minor in Communication from Lenoir-Rhyne University. GO BEARS!!

I have been married for 25 years to Wayne. We have 3 sons - Jalen, 22, is a Morehead-Cain Scholar and graduated this past year from UNC-Chapel Hill and is employed by LEGO!! Twins -Brandon and Tyler, 19 are sophomores in college. Brandon attends Duke University on a football scholarship and Tyler attends Catawba College on a track scholarship.

We stay busy supporting our boys in sports but in my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and college girlfriends, hiking and enjoying the outdoors.
